Québec Student Tours

From the enchanting cobblestone streets of Old Québec to the dynamic energy of Montréal, our thoughtfully planned, professionally guided tours blend education, hands-on adventures, and delicious authentic local cuisine, ensuring every student leaves with life lasting memories and a broader worldview.

Québec City

Québec City is the hub of French-Canadian culture.  Founded in 1608 by Samuel de Champlain, it still maintains the flavour and charm of the old world.  Many architectural aspects, such as military fortifications, narrow roads and cobblestone streets, reminiscent of both New France and 18th Century England still characterize the capital to this day.  Québec City is also the only walled city north of Mexico and has been distinguished as a UNESCO world heritage treasure!

Québec City Winter Carnaval

Québec City is the home to the world’s largest winter carnaval and is third on the list of top carnival’s in the world, which are Rio de Janeiro and New Orleans.  The first winter carnival in Québec City, the world’s snow capital, took place in 1894 and has been a tradition ever since.  The inhabitants of “New France”, often faced with harsh winters, invented the winter event to celebrate the season and warm the hearts of all its revellers in the midst of the winter season!

Montréal

A cosmopolitan centre, Montréal is the second most important Francophone city in the world, Paris being the first.  The city is distinctly modern, however, has not lost touch with its colorful past and rich history!  Montréal is truly an open air museum of French and British architecture dating back to 1684.  It will not take you long to discover the ethnicity, culture, language, ideas, and cuisine of the city.  Montréal is truly a world class city with a small town feel!

Captivating Québec City & Charlevoix

Québec City is one of North Americas most historical and culturally rich cities. It is breathtakingly beautiful and a UNESCO World Heritage treasure.  Charlevoix is a region north of Québec City with a truly dramatic landscape.  The region has inspired painters, poets, writers, and musicians for centuries.  Charlevoix is a World Biosphere Reserve with peaceful villages that dot the landscape.  Combining two of the most beautiful regions in North America is a memorable way to experience the joie de vivre of Québec!

Grande Adventure – Québec City & Montréal

Combining the cities of Québec and Montréal into one comprehensive program is an excellent way to compare and contrast the two cities.  While Québec still maintains its old-world charm and small-town feel, Montréal is a cosmopolitan, innovative and cutting-edge Francophone city.  Immersing yourself into the old and new, at both center’s is the ultimate tour experience!
